News and Events Stories of Hope: Anything Helps Join us on March 11th, 2025 for the inaugural "Stories of Hope" event series, a new annual tradition by the Stephen Center, where stories of resilience and compassion take center stage. This first installment, Stories of Hope: Anything Helps, brings Omaha native Mark Lanham to perform his acclaimed solo play. During a campaign held every April, the community is encouraged to donate their new or used shoes or make a cash donation to help every struggling family get a pair of shoes.
